The goal is to develop autonomous solutions for inbound logistics. These include, amongst others, a low-cost network of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), partly equipped with robot manipulators and meant for autonomous delivery of material, worker safety in the vicinity of the robotic systems, as well as capabilities for data analysis, planning and execution of transport processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iLEVATOR is developing a modular&nbsp;and plug-and-play platform&nbsp;for factories\u2019 intralogistics. It&nbsp;increases the utilization rate of&nbsp;warehouse and logistic systems&nbsp;by coordinating autonomous&nbsp;vehicles, robots and human&nbsp;operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within these projects the ES unit&nbsp;developed a Temporal Planning for orchestrating a fleet of Automated&nbsp;Guided Vehicles (AGVs) working on intra-logistics kitting tasks in a production-line factory.
